Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following outlines our cancellation and refund policy:

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled health check-up.
• Cancellations made at least two days prior to the scheduled health check-up will be eligible for consideration.
• If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation, provided all terms and conditions are met successfully.
• This policy applies exclusively to new purchases, including health check-up packages bought online through our website.
• Refund processing time may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, strikes, or bank delays. New Born Care Centre will not be held responsible for such delays.
